Job summary

Connie Health is partnering with licensed, motivated salespeople to sell Medicare and related solutions as independent agents. You’ll receive Connie Academy training, access to provided leads, and support from an experienced team.

This role offers an onboarding stipend and opportunities for sales bonuses, with commissions on each enrollment. There is no hourly pay or base salary; income is commission-based and uncapped, with weekly advances and renewal income as your book grows.

Qualifications

• Active health license required; life-only or P&C licenses don’t qualify.
• Sales experience in any industry is acceptable.
• New to Medicare is welcome; no prior Medicare sales experience required.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a go‑getter mindset.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable on the phone with sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life using leads provided by Connie Health.
• Attend Connie Academy training and onboarding.
• Work with internal support teams for post-sale service and client care.
• Earn commissions and bonuses with onboarding stipend and milestones.
