Connie Health is recruiting independent agents to help seniors find the right Medicare coverage. You will work with a full support team, receive hands-on training, and use Connie’s proprietary tools and pre-qualified leads to grow your own book of business.

This commission-based role offers onboarding stipends, performance bonuses, and ongoing coaching, with flexibility to build your schedule around the Annual Enrollment Period.

Qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP can be completed after you start.
• Sales experience required; prior Medicare sales not required.
• New to Medicare welcome; no prior Medicare sales experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life using provided leads.
• Attend Connie Academy training and onboarding.
• Utilize Connie's platform and coaching for enrollment.
• Meet sales milestones to unlock bonuses.
