Job summary

Connie Health is recruiting licensed, motivated salespeople to join as independent agents. You’ll sell Medicare and Life using Connie’s leads, with onboarding through Connie Academy and ongoing coaching.

Earn uncapped commissions, with additional onboarding stipends and sales bonuses as you reach milestones. This role offers the flexibility to build your own book of business, supported by a technology platform, pre-scheduled appointments, and an internal support team to help with post-sale

Qualifications

• Active health license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses don't qualify). AHIP certification can be completed after you start.
• Sales experience in various sectors; a proven track record is expected.
• New to Medicare welcomed; training provided to succeed from day one.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter attitude and ability to build a business.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay and using sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life using provided leads and tools.
• Participate in Connie Academy onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Earn commissions, onboarding stipend, and sales bonuses as you reach milestones.
• Receive pre-scheduled, qualified appointments and inbound leads when available.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients post-sale.
