Job summary

Connie Health is seeking licensed, motivated salespeople to join as independent agents. You will sell Medicare and Life using leads provided by Connie, with onboarding stipends and bonuses as you reach milestones.

Training is provided through Connie Academy, and you’ll have real-time support from the team. This role is commission-based with no base salary, and offers a collaborative, mission-driven culture with tools and technology to scale your business.

Qualifications

• Licensed health professional with active license.
• No prior Medicare sales experience required.
• Proven sales track record or strong customer-service background.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and life insurance using provided leads.
• Participate in Connie Academy training and onboarding.
• Earn commissions with onboarding stipend and milestone bonuses.
• Handle inbound leads when available and close enrollments.
