Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Actuarial Pricing to lead pricing assumptions, support rate filings, and guide product development on Medicare Advantage. You will develop pricing tools and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining profitability targets across regions.

The role requires deep experience in MA bid filing, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to articulate complex analyses to leadership. This remote role may involve travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Medicare Advantage bid filing experience.
• FSA/ASA/MAAA certification preferred.
• Experience across multiple functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting) and more than one product.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 Medicare Advantage regions and review bids for accuracy and compliance.
• Support forecasts and provide financial guidance to leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional work groups.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports within a team of 4-7 associates.
