Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to play a key role in developing pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, and support regulatory rate filings and certifications.

You will also advise Product Development on the cost impact of new plans and benefits while developing tools for pricing standard and customized offerings. This role involves complex actuarial challenges and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree or other professional designations.
• MAAA certification required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in more than two actuarial functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
