Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Medicare Advantage bid filing experience.
• Certification: FSA/ASA/MAAA.
• Experience across multiple functions and more than one product.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 Medicare Advantage regions.
• Review MA bids for accuracy and compliance.
• Support forecasts and provide financial guidance to leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional work groups.
• Manage 2–3 direct reports within a 4–7 person team.
