Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to lead pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products and support regulatory rate filings. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, and advise on cost impacts of new products with cross-functional partners.

This remote role requires strong analytical judgment and communication skills. You will manage forecasting cycles, monitor competitive trends, and contribute to strategy discussions with senior leaders while remaining compliant with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FSA or ASA plus advanced degree or other designation.
• MAAA certification favorable.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Experience in more than two functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Prepare and submit bids and rate filings.
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits.
• Maintain tools for pricing standard and customized offerings.
• Monitor competitive landscape and collaborate cross-functionally.
