Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, support regulatory filings, and advise on cost impact of new products while developing pricing tools.

Remote position with potential travel to Humana offices. The role requires strong analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration and experience in multiple pricing-related functions, with opportunities for bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• FSA or ASA with advanced degree or other professional designations
• MAAA credential preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Experience in pricing, modeling, rate filing or analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products
• Establish pricing assumptions and prepare bids
• Support regulatory rate filings and certifications
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits
• Maintain and develop pricing tools for standard and customized offerings
• Monitor market landscape and provide actionable insights
