Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation seeks a Dispatcher to oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to the Day Center or appointments for Elite Transportation. The role includes arranging Logisticare Will Call trips and validating trips for accuracy.

You will finalize weekly time cards for Transportation Specialists, communicate PTO and training hours for payroll, participate in weekly operations calls, and ensure compliance with Logisticare requirements.

Competenze

• Experience in transportation of people including those with compromised mobility requiring wheelchair transportation (preferred).
• Has a clean driving record (required).
• Can meet health requirements of a DOT Physical (required).
• High School or GED equivalent (required).
• Experience in working around older adults and those with specialized care needs (preferred).

Mansioni

• Oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to and from the Day Center or appointments.
• Arrange daily Logisticare Will Call trips per requirements.
• Validate Logisticare trips and approve Transportation Specialist’s time worked daily.
• Finalize time cards weekly and communicate PTO/training hours for payroll.
• Participate in weekly Transportation Operations calls and provide feedback on Elite Transportation operations.
• Coordinate compliance with Logisticare requirements when rider complaints arise and gather supporting documentation.
• Log maintenance concerns for vehicles and coordinate with the mobile mechanic as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation including early mornings, late evenings, and alternating Saturdays.
