Job summary

Elite Transportation seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate daily Member/Rider schedules to the Day Center and appointments. The role will validate Logisticare trips and approve Transportation Specialists' time daily, then finalize time cards weekly and relay paid hours to payroll.

It also involves on-call shifts and maintenance coordination. Required are a HS diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet DOT physical health requirements; wheelchair transport experience and care for

Qualifications

• Experience transporting people with mobility needs, including wheelchair riders.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must meet health requirements of a DOT physical.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with older adults or special care needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Dispatcher coordinates daily member/rider schedules to Day Center and appointments.
• Validates Logisticare trips and approves time worked by Transportation Specialists.
• Finalizes weekly time cards and communicates paid hours to payroll.
• Participates in weekly Transportation Operations calls and provides feedback.
• On-call rotation includes early morning, late evening, and alternating Saturdays.
