Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree from a clinical lab science program (MLT) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in sciences required or equivalent; degree and coursework must meet CLIA high-complexity requirements.
• ASCP certification as an MLT/MT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established protocols to perform a wide range of tests in an assigned area.
• Ensures test results meet quality control requirements.
• Interprets test results with patient history to guide actions.
• Maintains equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintains accurate records of tests performed using computer systems.
