Concentra is hiring a Medical Support Specialist to perform routine medical procedures and support in front office tasks. You will assist clinicians, conduct DOT and non-DOT testing, and help manage patient flow for a positive care experience.

Qualifications

• Education level required: Vocational/Technical/Business School.
• At least six months of medical assistant experience.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for physical exams, take vital signs and arrange ancillary testing.
• Perform rapid screening tests and assist providers during examinations.
• Complete front office duties and maintain accurate documentation.
