Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our patient care team in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role includes conducting routine medical testing, assisting clinicians, and handling front and back office tasks to ensure a smooth patient flow.

You will perform DOT and non-DOT testing, prepare patients for examinations, and assist with procedures while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical assistant program or direct patient care experience.
• Experience with DOT/non-DOT testing and occupational medicine preferred.
• Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for physical examinations and basic testing.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Front and back office duties including patient check-in/out and documentation.
• Maintain supplies, rooms, and medical equipment; ensure clean, orderly spaces.
