Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or 1+ year patient care experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of occupational medicine requirements (state specific) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
• Prepare patients for exams including vital signs and vaccines
• Perform rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, glucose, etc.)
• Assist providers during examinations and treatment
• Maintain paperwork and front/back office duties
