Concentra, Inc. in Longmont, CO, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will perform vitals, specimen collection, testing, and assist clinicians during examinations, while ensuring a positive patient experience.

The role also covers clerical tasks and front-office duties, with emphasis on privacy and accuracy. The ideal candidate has MA training or relevant experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with completion of an externship preferred.
• Or at least one year of direct patient care as a medical assistant.
• Military medical experience with state credentials is acceptable per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for physical exams including vitals and testing.
• Conduct rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, glucose, etc.).
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Manage front and back office duties and proper record keeping.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy throughout care.
