• Supporting higher-graded staff with routine administrative tasks
• Learning procedures for transfers, eligibility checks, and financial assessments (assisting, not independently performing)
• Escalating complex eligibility or regulatory questions to supervisors
• Maintaining confidentiality and following security procedures
• Adhering to schedule: Mon-Fri 07:30-16:00, no telework
