Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage scheduling in coordination with care teams.
• Coordinate administrative functions in an interdisciplinary care delivery environment.
• Serve as liaison between VA medical center and community providers.
• Assist Veterans by explaining community programs and coordinating their care.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to patient care and treatment.
• Work schedule typically Monday–Friday with standard clinic hours
