Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional office/administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of medical students and ensure systems access.
• Plan orientation day, including Epic training.
• Set up meetings between the Medical Education Director and medical students; SRNA liaison.
• Coordinate rotation assignments with departments and specialties.
• Coordinate didactic lectures and Grand Rounds; maintain compliance with education standards.
• Develop and maintain onboarding, orientation, rotation and medical education files; provide admin support.
