Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an Education Coordinator to manage operational and financial aspects of accredited or non-accredited medical education training programs. Under the Program Director, you will oversee planning, recruiting trainees, and interacting with faculty and trainees across the system.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and approximately one year of program administration experience, with emphasis on compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience.
• One year experience in program/project administration or relevant.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the operational and financial management of training programs.
• Develops and maintains databases and reports.
• Coordinates trainee recruitment and accreditation activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
• Communicates with faculty and trainees across departments.
