You will coordinate databases, badge requests, and program logistics, working with residency coordinators and departments to ensure smooth trainee onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS) or graduate medical education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages document retention for trainees and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Maintains files for returning rotations and PPD compliance.
• Handles badge requests for visiting residents and students.
• Coordinates computer access for trainees.
• Assists in implementing and maintaining relevant databases.
• Liaises with residency program coordinators and directors to fill rotation slots.
• Coordinates events and activities for medical students.
• Organizes orientation materials for students and visiting residents.
