Job summary

Ross University School of Medicine is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to work onsite with an affiliated clinical training site. You will coordinate student orientation and process documentation for clerkships, while collaborating with hospital administration and departments to ensure credentialing and readiness of medical students.

Responsibilities include reviewing health records, ensuring compliance with hospital requirements, and providing customer service to students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social science, or health care related field is required.
• 2 years experience in education or related to counseling or customer service.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, internet apps and databases.

Responsibilities

• Process student documents for core and elective rotations at affiliated sites.
• Review health records to meet hospital requirements and immunization needs.
• Follow up on outstanding documents to start clerkships with hospital coordinators.
• Submit paperwork to hospital coordinators and participating hospitals.
• Provide customer service to clinical students in person or via phone/email.
• Assist with orientation and proctor National Medical Board Examinations.
