Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment at Fort Sam Houston, TX. The role involves operating simulators, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution per contractual performance standards.

The position requires hands-on expertise in TC3, 68W sustainment, and CLS training for mixed military populations in classroom, lab, and field settings,

Qualifications

• Must hold current medical certifications (NRP, BLS) and maintain credentialing throughout contrat.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Experience with high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction.
• Able to deliver classroom, laboratory, and field training while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, and CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2) and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Ensure content is approved by the medical proponent and aligns with contract requirements.
