Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.

This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑fidelity medical training in simulation settings.
• Ability to manage classroom and field training environments safely.
• Proven experience maintaining training certifications and records.
• Ability to assess psychomotor and critical thinking under simulated conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, and CP/Tier IV.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain instructor‑to‑student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training records, MSR data, and AARs that reflect performance.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and report issues to COR.
