Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver medically credentialed instruction within a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Fort Hood, Texas. The role covers classroom, lab, and field training, operating TADSS, and maintaining certifications to standard contract performance requirements.

This is a full‑time position with travel as needed. Primary responsibilities include TC3 instruction across four tiers, 68W sustainment training, scenario-based

Qualifications

• Must hold current medical certifications and licenses.
• Experience in high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction.
• Ability to instruct mixed populations of military personnel in classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in maintaining training records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, and CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configurations to run realistic scenarios.
• Maintain instructor-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training outcomes, AARs, and fit for duty assessments; support 2,500 daily throughput across sites.
