Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.

Based at Fort Sam Houston, TX, you will deliver high-fidelity scenario-based medical training, operate training aids and simulators, and maintain current certifications while supporting training execution per contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Must have current medical certifications and clinical background.
• Experience in tactical trauma or emergency medical training.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers.
• Instruct CLS and 68W programs for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and run high-fidelity simulations.
• Maintain certifications, student records, and AAR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and contract requirements.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, reporting issues as needed.
