Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction within a Medical Simulation Training Center in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. You will deliver high-fidelity medical training, operate simulation systems, maintain certifications, and support training execution according to contract standards.

Responsibilities include delivering TC3 training to all levels, instructing CLS and 68W sustainment, and ensuring proper instructor-to-student ratios.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Current required medical certifications (e.g., BLS) and appropriate licensure.
• Ability to instruct mixed military populations in classroom, lab, and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers (ASM, CLS, CM, CP).
• Instruct 68W sustainment training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
