Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction within a Medical Simulation Training Center. The role supports TC3 training across tiers and operates medical simulators in classroom and field settings in Little Falls, Minnesota.

The candidate will maintain current medical certifications, deliver high‑fidelity scenario‑based training, and ensure proper instructor‑to‑student ratios following MEDCoE directives.

Qualifications

• Must have qualifying military medical background or licensed clinician and current required medical certifications.
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training and knowledge of TC3 standards.
• Experience with medical simulation, high-fidelity training, and MSTC operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-fidelity medical training across classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training using approved circulars and proponent guidance.
• Operate and maintain MSTC simulation systems and equipment to support exercises.
• Contribute to training records, evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Maintain certification compliance and assist with training quality initiatives.
• Oversee adherence to training standards, security protocols, and classroom requirements.
