Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction in a Medical Simulation Training Center at Fort Bliss, Texas. The role delivers high-fidelity medical training, operates simulation systems, and maintains certifications.

This position supports training in classroom, lab, and field environments, ensuring safety and contractual performance standards while handling equipment, records, and reports.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the listed military/medical backgrounds (68W/18D, NEC 8404, 4NOX1, RN/PA/MD/DO).
• Current required medical certifications (NRP, BLS) with ability to maintain certification.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Experience with medical simulation, MSTC operations, and TC3 instruction preferred.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations in classroom, lab, and field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I–IV.
• Instruct CLS and CM training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and simulate realistic scenarios.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training records, evaluations, and AARs.
• Support throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually.
