All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment at Fort Riley, Kansas.

The role delivers high-fidelity medical training, operates simulation systems, maintains certifications, and supports training execution to meet contractual performance standards across classroom and field settings.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the listed medical/military backgrounds and hold current medical certifications.
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct across classroom, lab, and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers.
• Instruct CLS and 68W sustainment training.
• Operate MSTC systems and simulations.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Contribute to training evaluations and reports.
