Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role, based in Bluffdale, Utah, delivers standardized, high-fidelity medical training and operates simulation systems.

You will maintain current medical certifications, manage Training Aids and simulators, and support training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.

Qualifications

• Military medical or licensed clinical background is required.
• Current required medical certifications must be maintained.
• Experience in MSTC operations and high-fidelity simulation is preferred.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations in classroom, lab, and field.
• TC3 instruction and 68W sustainment training experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS and 68W training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain instructor-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training records, evaluations, and AARs.
