Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Senior Instructor / Site Lead – Paramedic or EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site oversight at Fort Bliss, TX. The role delivers high-fidelity medical training and maintains TADSS equipment in a MSTC environment.

The site lead will coordinate training, mentor instructors, liaise with military and government stakeholders, and ensure adherence to contract performance standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must demonstrate supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience.
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with military and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers and CLS/68W sustenance training.
• Provide site-level leadership, coordinate training operations, and mentor Instructor/Operators.
• Operate MSTC systems, develop scenarios, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document training records, quality control, and reporting requirements.
