Job summary

All Native Group in Bluffdale, Utah seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver high‑fidelity medical training and operate MSTC simulation systems across classroom, lab and field environments.

You will maintain current medical certifications, manage training records and support exercise execution while adhering to contract standards and patient‑care protocols. Candidates must be able to work in dynamic military training settings and support throughput goals.

Qualifications

• Military medical background or licensed clinical background required.
• Current medical certifications maintained throughout contract.
• Experience delivering emergency medical / tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct mixed populations in classroom, lab and field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM, CLS, CM and CP tiers.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain training records and document evaluations and AARs.
• Ensure adherence to medical proponent standards and certification obligations.
