Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-fidelity medical training across classroom, lab, and field.
• Develop scenario-based training aligned with course TC3 materials.
• Operate and maintain MSTC equipment and simulators.
• Record training data, incidents, and AAR documentation.
• Maintain certifications and comply with medical proponent standards.
• Support quality initiatives and cross-site standardization.
