Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site medical scribes to join a nationwide network of healthcare locations. You will document patient visits, record history, exams, treatments, and test results while supporting physicians in real time.

Training is provided through Scribe University, and multiple locations offer flexible schedules. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts with opportunities for growth, HIPAA compliance, and a focus on accurate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM; strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
