Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring medical scribes to work alongside doctors, documenting patient visits in real time. You’ll record history, exams, tests, and treatments to keep records accurate and allow physicians to focus on care.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with paid training through Scribe University, on-site options nationwide, and opportunities for career growth. High school diploma and 18+ required; training provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English with strong listening and communication skills.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM and flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
