Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site medical scribes in the United States. You will document patient visits in real time, record histories, exams, and treatments, and review lab results under physician supervision.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training through Scribe University and participate in hands-on clinical instruction. Both full-time and part-time roles are available. Lelivering growth opportunities and a flexible training pathway support your healthcare career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM and fluent English are expected.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule availability is needed for varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
