HealthChannels, LLC is seeking Medical Scribes to support doctors by documenting patient visits in real time within an Emergency Department setting. You will record patient history, exams, treatments, and test results while using electronic health record systems.

No experience required—training is provided through Scribe University. Full-time and part-time shifts are available; the role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth while adhering to HIPAA and record security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English with strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
