Job summary

SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, PA is seeking a Medical Scribe to work full-time alongside physicians, documenting encounters in real time and supporting efficient clinical operations. You will help maintain accurate records and ensure physicians stay focused on patient care.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment. Monday–Friday schedule with 7:30am–5pm hours and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians during patient examinations and document medical histories, physical findings, and provider interactions.
• Record diagnoses, symptoms, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions as dictated by the physician.
• Document procedures performed during patient visits; transcribe physician orders and manage electronic health records.
