Job summary

Disc Medicine seeks a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover the Mid-Atlantic region (NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC). The role blends scientific exchange with KOL engagement, clinical research support, and cross-functional collaboration, in a hybrid setup with remote work and the option to work from Watertown, MA.

You will build relationships with hematology, dermatology, hepatology and rare disease specialists; travel frequently to meet KOLs and attend conferences; salary range

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree or equivalent credentials.
• 3+ years biopharmaceutical MSL or related medical affairs experience.
• Experience in hematology, dermatology, or rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scientific exchange and KOL engagement across hematology and related fields.
• Support clinical research through IITs, trials, and collaborations.
• Gather field insights and present at regional advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Medical, Development, and Commercial teams while ensuring compliance.
