Job summary

Disc Medicine is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover the Mid-Atlantic territory (NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC) with hybrid remote work and HQ in Watertown, MA. You will build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinicians to advance clinical development programs and support research, publications, and education.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• 3+ years in biopharmaceutical field-based medical affairs or MSL role.
• Experience in hematology, dermatology, or rare diseases preferred.
• Ability to develop territory medical plans and work with leadership.
• Strong literature appraisal and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Support research activities: trials, IITs, and collaborations.
• Gather field insights to inform strategy and engage advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Information, Market Access and Commercial; provide internal training.
