Job summary

True Health, based in Central Florida, is seeking a Lead Patient Service Representative for our Orlando facility. This on-site role oversees front desk operations, guides patient check-in/out, addresses complaints, and ensures efficient office performance.

Travel is required as needed, using a personal vehicle. The position emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate data entry into the EMR, and coordination with medical staff to optimize patient flow and billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective relationships with Regional Director of Operations, Center Manager, and Clinical Manager.
• Completes accurate clinical services data entry.
• Manages the office in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Assists patients with scheduling, registration, check-in, check-out, payments, and billing inquiries.
• Ensures and maintains efficient patient flow.
• Scans and imports patient data into the electronic medical record.
