Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is recruiting Medical Support Assistants to support the Clearlake VA Clinic located at 15145 Lakeshore Dr, Clearlake, CA 95422. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm. Weekend coverage may be required on a rotational basis.

Competitive packages are available for qualified candidates. Candidates should be U.S. citizens or residents, fluent in English, and have at least 6 months of medical appointment scheduling experience.

Competenze

Citizen or US resident.
Ability to speak, hear and write English clearly.
Typing 45–60 wpm with minimal errors.
Heavy phone and computer usage.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
CMA or comparable training is preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass a NACI background check.

Mansioni

Schedule appointments per VHA Directive 1230; front desk duties vary by clinic needs.
Answer all phone calls for scheduling requests daily (Mon-Fri) and log in CPRS charts as required.
Coordinate with Lead Scheduler to ensure timely patient communications.
Ensure schedulers/receptionists represent VA professionally.
Support quality improvement to ensure VA health system compliance with performance measures.
