Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Medical Scheduler for a healthcare organization in Muncie, IN. This contract-to-hire role focuses on coordinating surgical and diagnostic procedures, primary and specialty care, and internal referrals.

You will ensure accurate scheduling, timely communication, and compliant documentation while maintaining quality under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent experience in a call center environment within the last 5 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals.
• Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling.
• Communicate information for each scheduled appointment.
• Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
