Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Scheduler II to join our Keller, TX clinic. This full-time position supports scheduling patient appointments, tests, and referrals, and serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities include answering calls, collecting co-pays, coordinating with insurance, and ensuring proper documentation in the EMR. Travel to Mid-Cities locations as needed and occasional coverage across Grapevine and Bedford may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and tests in the EMR.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Obtain insurance authorization and process referrals.
• Collect co-pays and other outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple locations as needed.
