Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Coordinate provider calendars and optimize daily schedules.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation.
• Communicate appointment details, instructions, and follow-ups with patients.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records within the scheduling system or EMR.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and general administrative support as needed.
