Regenerative Medicine Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regenerative Medicine Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing accounts for a clinical- and commercial-stage biotechnology company advancing cellular and regenerative medicine solutions. This field-based role will build relationships with physicians, surgeons, clinical teams, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, clinics, and other healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prospect, develop, and convert new business while expanding product utilization within existing accounts.
- Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, administrators, purchasing teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Present the clinical value and appropriate use of regenerative medicine products through account meetings, product presentations, and educational programs.
- Support product evaluations, implementation, adoption, and ongoing account development.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, account information, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity while collaborating with internal sales, marketing, clinical, and customer-support teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of medical device, biologics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical field-sales experience.
- Experience in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, biologics, wound care, pain management, surgical products, or cellular and tissue-based products is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing new business, managing a sales territory, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
