Milestone Medical USA seeks an Account Executive to support regional sales and customer engagement. You will assist Territory Account Managers, manage logistics for visits and demos, and help drive growth across the Midwest and select Northeast markets.

You will build relationships, learn territory management, and contribute to strategic account development while traveling 50–75% and meeting performance goals in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels (technical staff, clinicians, admins).
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, especially Salesforce; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Support Territory Account Manager in managing customer accounts and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM for accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Assist with customer visits, demos, installations, and logistics coordination.
