Compass Intervention Center is seeking a dynamic Medical Records Clerk to process release of information requests and assemble charts to ensure compliance. The role requires maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, strong organization, and ability to file and purge records efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MR Tech degree preferred.
• Experience in hospital or medical records is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process Release of Information requests and chart assembly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA.
• Advise on and perform filing, purging, and record maintenance.
• Assist with general medical records functions and discharge charts.
