Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Understanding of Home Care EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, sorts, processes, and maintains patient files using EMR systems.
• Accurately enters and updates patient information in EHR systems with precision.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to track missing or invalid documentation.
• Facilitates timely signing of orders with Pre-bill, Revenue Cycle, field clinicians, and leadership.
• Provides clerical support (faxing, filing, copying) and ensures confidentiality per HIPAA.
